3D design

The design of printed circuits using our 3D libraries allows to generate the output CAD documents (DXF or STEP format) for the mechanics, but it also allows us to work with the mechanic limitations in height in specific zones.

It’s fundamental to have a final image of the design and to be able to see the errors before the starting of the manufacturing. It allows us to see if there are conflicts between the components of the card and its surroundings: the visualization of coupling between cards or other mechanic elements like connectors.

It allows making a virtual coupling in 3D of the other elements and adjusting the card correctly inside.
Advances the mechanic design faze when it is properly positioned.
The final documents of the product can include a “photo” of any angle, which creates a more professional aspect and better information.
All of the advantages translate to savings in the product development.
